• Prior to co-founding NAD Inc., Mr. Stadler had 8 years experience in varied roles within the financial services industry including a diversified consulting career at Deloitte & Touch.

• Most recently, Mr. Stadler managed the strategic identification, modeling, marketing and negations of bulk non-performing loan transactions for the Servicing Capital Group at GMAC RFC.

• Prior to his role in the Servicing Capital Group, Mr. Stadler managed strategic operations and analytics for GMAC-RFC's $100B subprime special servicer.

• He was also responsible for all analytical intelligence, systems, model surveillance and investor models at CitiCapital.

• Mr. Stadler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
